My dear friend Jana and I put our heads together for this project that considers MacLuhan's idea of allatonceness, and simultaneous happening. Our initial ideas involved placing chalkboards at highly-frequented liminal places, but we settled on creating noise-makers that continue to draw attention to those same places, even when there are no people there.
